Chapter 8 Reflection

Chapter eight, revealed exactly what I thought would happen. Hassan fell into depression and separated hisself from Amir. However, Amir didn’t act how I thought he would. Instead of being there for Hassan, he kept the distance between them. These events revealed more about each character traits and the relationship between them. Because of this, I feel that Amir is selfish and self observed. His actions are based off of his feelings and he never take others into consideration when he does something even if they deserve it. Maybe my opinion is biased because of the story’s narrative but that’s how I’m feeling right now.
