Writing Tips

Today, in class we had to provide evidence for our claims and provide evidence opposing the claim. I feel like the assignment is beneficial when it comes to writing paragraphs. Sometimes I find myself ranting when I’m supposed to be answering the prompt. However, with this new strategy I can stay focused on what I need to do instead. It’s also beneficial finding the evidence for the opposing argument because you can really understand what’s going on in the novel. You can find the character traits and understand their reasoning for their actions.
