So, today was sluggish. We finished reading Macbeth and was assigned prompts from previous AP exams to write an essay on while using Macbeth as evidence to cite from. But instead of writing the entire essay, we just planned it out. My side of the class had a prompt which consisted of writing about the complexity of a gift that a character has and how did that gift shape the story as a whole. The assignment wasn’t difficult but it was challenging when searching for a specific gift that a character has. After wasting a couple sheets of paper trying to figure out what to do, I decided to use Lady Macbeth as my character. Her gift, persuasion, caused formulation in Macbeth’s life that resulted in his downfall.
